We offer full service fire protection engineering services, aimed at meeting or exceeding applicable requirements in a manner that maximizes owner investment. In addition to system design and documentation, JSCE is committed to staying involved through the construction process to ensure the system is installed and functioning correctly. Our team of experienced professional Fire Protection engineers (FPE’s) are licensed P.E.’s in all six (6) New England state, New York, Virginia and California. We also hold our NCEES record allowing us to obtain licensure in additional states as project work requires.

- Fire Protection Systems Design and Specification (Tier 1 & 2 Documents) – Fire Alarm & Detection, Fire Sprinkler / Standpipe, Fire Pumps, Special Suppression Systems, Smoke Control
- Construction Control – As the engineer of record JSCE is committed to providing construction control services through final inspection.
- 3rd Party Review Services – JSCE provides third party review services for various municipalities and Owners.
- Engineering Analysis – JSCE provides analysis of new and existing fire protection systems to determine they are appropriate for the hazard the system is designed to protect and to troubleshoot problems. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Smoke Control System Basis of Design and Special Inspection Services
- Fire Sprinkler System Hydraulic Analysis
- Microbial Induced Corrosion (MIC) Investigation
- On-site Battery Storage System Fire/Life Safety Consulting
