- Development of NFPA 241 Safeguarding Construction Plans – Create construction safety plans (including review of means of egress impact during construction) to help ensure fire and life safety is maintained during construction.

- Sprayed Fire-Resistant Materials Special Inspection Services
- Fire Stop Inspection Services – JSCE has licensed Fire Stop inspectors on staff licensed by the International Fire Stop Council
- Fire Door Inspection Services – JSCE provides fire door inspection services as required by NFPA 101, The Life Safety Code for specific occupancies.
- 3rd Party Review Services – JSCE provides third party review services for various municipalities and Owners.
